Technical lead for Adviddy and its successor ViralVidz: a template and AI video builder used by agencies, producing 2,000–2,800 renders a month; AI script, image and audio generation in production since 2022. Cut render time from 20–30 minutes to about 3 minutes on a GPU server and reduced server load. Led the render-pipeline redesign connecting the PHP builder to the new React editor (Remotion on AWS Lambda): durable, retryable dispatch and ready callbacks; render watchdog and guarded recovery. Led the team that built S3 to CDN delivery, voice cloning and AI voiceover routing, and usage-based credit billing with audit reports.

Chat-driven platform where a business builds labs: canvases that turn a brand profile, reference videos and chats into studios for social posts, images, AI avatar videos, slides, mind maps and sites; Workflow Studio with triggers, routers and 20+ integrations; a social calendar auto-publishing to five networks; ALYX, an analytics agent. Led the internal team's AI quality work: a 718-prompt versioned registry with drift checks before merge, Planner / Builder LLM contracts, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge scoring, regression suites gating prompt releases, Langfuse observability, and the calendar model evaluation with no-go criteria fixed before any paid run, seeded defects and cost metering.
